Attention all amateur cooks, household gourmets, professional chefs and food lovers of all types; There is an innovative, special store right here in Riverside that is being designed just for you! It’s called The Cooking Store, and the name says it all.

The Cooking Store carries the brand names you know and love, including: Le Creuset, Messermeister, Cuisinart, Viking, OXO, Waring, Rosle, Boos and many, many more. The store is filled with all of the tried and true classic cookwares as well as the latest gourmet inventions that any food lover would need for their kitchen. You will find everything you could possibly need and/or want, from classic Italian cookware to exotic materials you may need to roll Sushi. The Cooking Store has all of the gadgets that are used on your favorite cooking shows plus all of the celebrity chef’s cookbooks. The wide selection of Gourmet cookware and utensils alone make a visit to the store time well spent. However, we didn’t think being one of the only gourmet cookware stores in Riverside was enough though, so we decided to kick it up another notch and take the store to a new level that has never been seen before in Riverside!

The Cooking Store is proud to present our very own, in-store, gourmet cooking school!  This store has a state of the art kitchen with comfortable seating for 40 students that want to learn how to enhance their cooking skills to impress family and friends. The students will have unlimited viewing of the chef’s instruction via 4 flat screen TV’s, each one with a separate camera so the entire cooking area is viewable by the audience. The chef  can be heard thoughout the school via a state-of-the-art surround sound system. The Instructors  comprise some of the best chef’s from the greater Riverside area, cook book authors and chef’s who specialize in unique ethnic cuisines. The classes will cater to every kind of cooking enthusiast. They range from the very basic, “How to Boil Water pt. 1” all the way up to “Discovering Hidden Secrets of National and Ethnic Foods”. Be prepared to learn because we don’t keep any secrets when it comes to cooking. Our knowledge is your knowledge. Most classes will last from 2 to 2 ½ hours, and include a copy of each recipe, a taste of every dish prepared and answers to all of your questions. The Cooking Store has everything you could possibly imagine, and much more.
